About Resin Transfers & Infusion
The PAC Group team is highly experienced in delivery resin transfer/resin infusion systems for a wide range of clients across the manufacturing industry. Our resin transfer injection or resin transfer infusion (RTI) systems are used for composite moulding processes with steel, aluminium, or composite tools.
Our RTI systems are designed in a modular way to allow the same patented controls to be applied to single-line or multiline equipment, ensuring the easy implementation of any further upgrades.
Flexible Recipe Management
Our standard cells include automated resin transfer from storage barrel to heating pot, the ability to salvage any surplus resin, provide NADCAP process traceability, and deliver flexible recipe management.
Reduced Time & Costs
Two of our complex systems are currently being used for the Airbus A220 wings, in conjunction with the Autoclave.
To date, PAC Composites have successfully delivered a number of resin transfer and resin infusion systems. With a strong blend of process knowledge and technical innovation, we have been able to adapt a modular concept to our RTI system.
This allows the same controls to be applied to single line or multiline equipment and ensures that further upgrades are easily implemented.
